At Himalaya Wellness, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if your fashion apparel doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused apparel in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth inspection.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After a quality check at our warehouse, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
